Mẹo/ cách làm bài tập phát âm s, es chuẩn xác nhất:

Từ kết thúc bằng âm vô thanh đọc là /s/.Từ kết thúc bằng âm hữu thanh hoặc nguyên âm đọc là /z/.Trường hợp đặc biệt như /ʃ/, /tʃ/, z/,/dʒ/,/s/ đọc là /iz/.

Trong đó:
